Sound Healing is ancient medicine and sacred energy work that brings the mind, body, and spirit into harmony. Sound therapy helps attune our bodies and energetic field to a more optimal frequency and facilitate cellular healing.

*Private in person sound baths take place at the location of your choosing. Pricing includes drive time within a 20 mile radius from me. Anywhere outside of that will be an additional $20 for 20 miles. All sound baths include smoke cleansing using sacred herbs, aromatherapy, intention setting, guided meditation, spoken affirmations, and sound using crystal bowls and other instruments.
